春節瘋台中　電子卡片免錢玩全區

台中市新聞局今年特別推出「春節瘋臺中 全區玩透透」專刊，讓民眾免費索取，裡面除了各區重要景點、賞花祕境外，還有交通局規劃的8公里免費玩透透的小資春節遊。台中市交通局長林良泰表示，只要拿著電子卡片跟著規劃走，不用錢就可以玩遍全台中。

台中市文化局則將從12日起到15日舉辦傳統藝術節活動，包括港區藝術中心、屯區藝術中心、葫蘆墩文化中心以及大墩文化中心，民俗公園等共有32場表演節目、16場藝術手作、藝術市集、親子活動及街頭藝人獻藝互動，讓民眾感受過年的氣氛。
