藥局問診給藥　涉密醫行為可舉報

高雄市衛生局與警察局宣布，要與全民一起打擊密醫，並公佈今年一月份稽查22件密醫案件。

其中發現有65歲黃姓藥師在藥局問診，診斷治療及給藥等醫療行為，另也發現有63歲楊姓男子沒有醫師資格卻在民宅幫民眾注射針劑，還有64歲男子既沒有牙醫師或鑲牙生資格，卻幫民眾執行牙科醫療，三人都涉違反醫療法的密醫行為，曾移送地檢署偵辦，可處最高5年以下徒刑。

醫政科說，密醫行為必須要有影片或檢舉人舉證等證物才能法辦，稽查不易，特別呼籲民眾要注意醫療院所是否有合格登記證及執業登記等資料，或比對開業地址是否有登記，若發現密醫行為可通報衛生局醫政科。
