托嬰人數方式　王育敏促修法規範

由於連日發生幼兒受托事故，藍委王育敏說，應研擬修《勞動基準法》第49條，讓家中有6歲以下幼童共同生活，又無法由其他家屬照顧的家長，可向雇主要求轉換適合的日間工作，雇主不得拒絕。
 
此外，現行「居家托育管理實施原則」規定，居家式保母人員，每人至多照顧兒童(含保母本人之幼兒) 4人，其中未滿2歲者最多2人。王育敏說，現行收托人數，沒加乘考量收托方式，也未細分全日托、日、夜托等，導致保母輕忽托顧體力和精神壓力，將研議修正為全日托6歲以下孩童以2位為限，日托可再議。
 
王也說，政府應積極廣設公立平價的托嬰中心，才能鼓勵年輕人多生下一代。
